These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6rwn website at https://6rwn.asia and all related services, features, and content. By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6rwn Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 6rwn reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. These Terms apply to all users regardless of location. 6rwn is specifically designed for players resident in Bangladesh who are of legal gaming age. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. 6rwn accepts no liability arising from a user's failure to comply with applicable local regulations.

Use of the 6rwn Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have not been self-excluded from online gambling platforms and have not been prohibited from gambling by any court order or legal authority.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a 6rwn employee or contractor.

6rwn reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

6rwn accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. The following financial terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit per transaction and daily limits are as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. 6rwn aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical feasibility. 6rwn may request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• 6rwn does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer transactions may be subject to fees imposed by the receiving bank, which are outside 6rwn's control.

6rwn reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if it determines that a deposit was made in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms. Where funds have been wagered prior to the reversal, 6rwn may deduct wagered amounts and return only the remaining uninvested balance, subject to applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

All games and betting markets on 6rwn are governed by their individual game rules, accessible within the Platform. Where game-specific rules conflict with these Terms, game-specific rules prevail for the gameplay itself while these Terms govern all other matters. The following fair play requirements apply to all users at all times:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players on live casino tables, poker rooms, or sports betting markets to fix outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain credits, winnings, or any advantage must be reported to 6rwn immediately and must not be exploited. Any gains derived from such exploits will be void and forfeited.
• Placing bets with the intent to launder money or abuse the Platform's payment systems constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

All RNG-based games on 6rwn use certified random number generation systems. Outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by 6rwn, the player, or any third party. 6rwn makes no representation that any particular game strategy will result in profit, and all gaming is conducted at the player's own risk.

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on 6rwn. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during Platform use, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using aliases, email addresses, or device identifiers belonging to other persons.
• Using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity or to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds (money laundering).
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards other players or 6rwn support staff in any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

6rwn operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to all forms of prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate investigation. During any investigation 6rwn may place a temporary hold on affected accounts and associated withdrawal requests. Players who believe a hold has been placed on their account in error are invited to contact 6rwn support to initiate a review.

6rwn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6rwn will provide notice to registered account holders via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of 6rwn following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address remains current and accessible.
